1 Hour of ultrawide HDR sunsets and ambient music. 8K HDR 21:9 (7680 x 3240).

This hour long compilation of 8K HDR sunset time-lapses has been set to a resolution optimized for playback on 5120x2160 ultrawide monitors, the so-called 5K-2K screens. The aspect ratio is actually 64:27 (4:3 cubed ) or 2.37:1, but commonly referred to as 21:9.

The original footage was captured in 8256x5504 resolution in 14bit color, and uploaded to YT in 8K HDR (PQ) 12-bit.

The optimal way to view this video on a 21:9 monitor (that has a horizontal resolution greater than 3840) is with the 8K HDR stream. This means you will need to be using the Chrome or Edge browser, and your hardware will need to be able to decode an AV1 video stream efficiently.

I was comparing 16:9 4k and 21:9 1440p and this video has sold me on 21:9. I'll wait till they release bigger than 32' 4K OLED 240hz monitors to make the switch to 4K.

Am I the only one who gets flicker around sec 15? I tested on both Dell 34" ultra wide and my HP Spectre x360 screen and it's definitely there. I'm wondering if it's the video or my graphics card.
