This is a community that has been embroiled with lawsuits against. The last operator of the Golf Course who wanted to shrink the course and put a morhome park in there. Recently there is a new operator and hopefully they will return the community to its intended glory….many homeowners just gave up out of frustration and sold and as you can see there are many lots that never developed their property into homes. Not sure why but I would do one sue diligence and research the issues before investing money in thi community - as beautiful as it is
