Just found this guys channel and it gave me great inspiration to start my journey to a better physique.
I'm 173cm tall and I lost lots weight in the recent few years... I wish I can make it to my goal in 2 to 3 years. (or would it be less time? i want to gain 10 to 15 kg)

So sometimes you need to let a week slide and use it to reflect on your efficiency entirely or just let your creative side wander around a little, with no real goal in mind. The basic already great routines should be still kept of cause. Being bored makes depression even worse in my opinion.
