These Jake ramblings give me goosebumps and make me cry, I can't even explain but there's so much passion and love behind what you do, it's amazing and your smile through the video is infectious. I wish we could sit down and talk forever, pick at your brain. Thank you for being you, Jake you beautiful being. I love your brain, just the way you think about life but I can't even explain it cause I'm no good at words lol but I hope I meet someone like you even if it's not you cause chances are it won't be but I hope I get to spend the rest of my life with someone that has as much passion and love for what they do like you.

As a painter I found this beyond insightful... In the 19 years that is my life I have always struggled communicating what I feel and who I am to the point I gave up on talking all together to friends, peers, and even family. I couldn't do the simplest of things that all the others could do perfectly fine without making a mistake. These mistakes and insecurities is what I found to be what creates artists. Then I found the elegant beauty of paint and drawing... everything became so clear and vivid.... Not only did it become easier to share who I am but I was able to connect and affect another human beings emotions by sharing who I am... This is by far the most I've been inspired to create, and the proudest I've been to be a MAKER. THANKS YOU JAKE ROPER. can't wait to enjoy the your best video (when that is) and everything in between then and now.

The reason I subscribed is cause you do videos like this where you open up and you share with the world your mind and how you see things and somehow you make others see that as well. You are somehow like a friend that you don't get to see often but when you do.. you have the best time because that is just how close you are! This whole time you also inspire people to be more awesome and creative! The message is deep and yet easy not a lot of people can pull that off in a video, bravo.

I love this new Jake. The fact that he's been able to provide so much provocative and insightful information in such a small lapse of time astounds me. Here's the big picture:
Right now I'm just trying to have a nice Christmas Eve while my parents argue and yell about their drunken in laws and the drunken in laws are yelling too. As I type this all I hear is yells, vague stomping, and doors slamming. Before I burst into tears in front of my family I decided to barricade myself in my room and blast the volume on YouTube videos until I was gifted with deafness. As soon as I log in I see this video. This video is an amazing creation of an escape. Your words give me the same wonder of pulling a rabbit out of thin air, because it pulled my mind out of the stress I'm under. Your magic trick is your amazing way of pulling me out of darkness and giving me inspiration to replace that darkness instead, and I thank you for that. The way you've made these dreams, aspirations, and hope for yourself and others with simply just your words puts me in a state of awe. I aspire to one day be as amazing as you, and you've truly affected me.
Anyway, the big thesis here is
That camera isn't your superpower, that wonderful mind of yours is. Never stop making Jake, because you're really and truly inspiring people in the process.

Every time I see jake ramble I get soooo inspired I cry. Don't know why, but the way he looks at the world is fascinating. I love you jake

Jake, thank you so much for posting these rants where you just talk to the camera. I don't know what it is about them, but they are just very relatable. These videos help me see the good things in the world and realize that the world is a beautiful place that should be enjoyed.
