I would be much more concerned about loose swimsuit strings and pool floaties or my snorkel getting caught in the door than the straps on my ski pants or the hood of my hoodie, considering that August 11, 2016 is still in the middle of summer in the northern hemisphere, especially if this were a UTA safety commercial.

This actually happened in my country
Not on metro but on rickshaw ( a popular vehicle here) the lady's scarf was wrapped around her neck and other end had reached the wheel
She was dead on the spot ( broken neck )
