So glad you picked up this game! It's so much fun!
The main mechanic is to try to choose answers that the other players would also choose. The more people with your answer, the better you do!
Calliope has a _lot_ of games, but they've recently narrowed their focus to easy to learn, easy to play, suitable for non-board gamers kind of games. I recommend Running With The Bulls as another kid friendly but not adult boring game from them.
