It took everything inside of me not to cry; but how can you not with Tiara's story!  Her testimony is so moving and I am sure there are lots of people who feel this way.  It's obvious how having this surgery has change the way she feels, inside and out!  I'm happy for her!  Dr. Sigal is amazing and so are Dr. Weston, Dr. Poindexter, and Dr. Knotts!  In fact, everything about The Austin-Weston Center is amazing!  Go see for yourself!

My goodness I'm happy for her that she likes it. I used to feel that same way as a child. I thought the end of my nose was bulbous and hideous, but one day something within me changed. I started looking around at all the other noses and I realized mine wasn't so bad after all, and I even prefered it. Again, I'm happy for her that she likes it, butr nose was very pretty already. And for that small of a difference (to my eyes) I could never let someone else carve on me. If I could do it myself, then maybe!😄
