This song hits hard as someone with DID (caused by early childhood PTSD) that is on steroids by my autism and ADHD. It makes me feel crazy and the worst part is I forget I have it every 3-4 months. So every 4 months I'm like who are these voices in my head? Not realizing they are all mine and that my psyche just fractured and split again. It's like my brain is forever a collage of puzzle pieces and when I'm doing well all the pieces fit together, during stressful periods the puzzle drops, and the pieces get scattered and we forget we are all one whole being. Fingers crossed I get this IFS therapist!!! I find this song oddly comforting 💕
