Not having Blind Spot Monitoring and Rear Cross Traffic Alert as standard safety features is a deal breaker for me. Perhaps it only affects the 2022 Tiguan Allspace in Australia. I’ll check with my local VW dealer here in the UK to see if it also affects the ones being sold here.

162TSI over a decade old… please… nothing new here basically a 7 year old vehicle with some new headlights

Car is $15k overpriced for what it is and has horrible VW reliability and electrical gremlins. I have owned 3 new VWs in the last 7 years. Every single one had horrible electrical gremlins from faulty engine lights to not openingpetrol cap.

One battery failed 1 week after 3 year warranty period and DSG gearbox on another failed 1 month after 3 year warranty.

VW build quality may appear nice but engineering is rubbish.
