Lecture 6, The Omnipresence of God:

As embodied beings, we are limited by space and time. When confronted with competing demands on our time, we often excuse ourselves by stating that we can’t be in two places at once. God, however, can be in two places at once. In fact, He is everywhere at once. In this lesson, Dr. Lawson unfolds the biblical teaching of God’s omnipresence, demonstrating that there is no place in heaven or hell, nor the entire universe, where God is not present in the fullness of His being.

The entire universe can not contain Him. He is everywhere at all times. None can escape His will. Repent.

"The omnipresence of God. There is no place where God does not exist. It is even God Himself who is inflicting His own wrath in hell. It is God Himself who is carrying out His own vengeance on the unbeliever in hell. This wrath will be executed in the very direct presence of the Lamb. It is reasonable to make the implication that it is the Lamb Himself who will be the executor of His own wrath in hell.
Revelation 14:10
"he himself (unbeliever) shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out full strength into the cup of His indignation. He shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb."
