Converting an existing Java project to Maven in Eclipse

In this video we will be converting an already existing Java project to a Maven project. We'll build it and run it to see it work.

I think you didn't realize that in your output console during the compilation process, it says that there are "no source files to compile". But I see that there are some source files in your src folder. How do you explain that?
