Good job cdpr. Youve outdone yourselves once again. Im getting 50 fps on 1440p high settings with fsr performance. Was getting 70 fps with TAA on high with ultra settings before fix.

The saveing issue caused my whole playthrough to be deleted or corrupted. Idk which but it's gone. Hope it's fixed so I can start a new game.

There are two things I find really annoying:with updates always like u finished the game then the update drops on consoles and u feel like ur missing a secret dialogue or quest and have to delete ur save and start all over again 2nd they should add the option to sell quest items like what in the world is going on u have it stuck on ur quest tab forever and u don't even use them cant even put them on ur stash CD project if ur seeing this fix the issue already instead of giving us preformance updates like I like regular preformance but Jesus everyday there's new update I have deleted my saves like 5 times

I just downloaded the 4.1 update for the Series X. As far as performance improvements, I don't see any. I see more stutter now on performance mode than what it had before the 4.1 patch. RT also still looks weird. I kept it on performance, but it's not smooth. The new patch is presenting fps jittery on performance mode. RT is not doing any better.

Just returned to the Witcher myself playing the game, sorting through non functional mods etc, etc. A very welcome surprise awaited me, in New Game Plus Legendary Gear now carries the Grandmaster bonus. This was very welcome especially as used to you had to play the entire game and only get the bonus at the very end in the land of fables and vampires. This is a nice change.
As for the video graphics and Ray Tracing and all that, do not expect much of an improvement from this last patch. I played with it a bit and it seems just a tiny bit smoother, yet it still hangs around the 30 fps area plus or minus a few. So no real improvements on this that I can see.
For me the best graphics and game play are to use Navidia and allow it to optimize the game and for me with my 3080ti the graphics are fantastic.
It will be a few years and a few more cards before they get it all solved, we now have a 4090, in six months they will have a 5090 and by next year there will be a 6090. They have a plan, and it entails money!!
In any event using Navidia G Force experience and letting it optimize the game the graphics detail and colors are simply fantastic. So improved are the graphics I find myself waking around a dead monster and studying every detail. Even tree bark is very detailed.
Now I have to go find a Witch and although I do love this game, playing through the Novigrad Slog is not going to be fun, never is, never has been and most of all I dread the stupid Triss ball and party to rescue some idiot in a panther mask. I need a fast forward mod to complete Novigrad and move on to the real game. Oh not buying any fancy Dublett this time, Triss can go eat snails. Grin.

I see many BEST builds lately. I am using the Griffin set(modded to look nice) and Piercing Cold and only one decoction, the Water Hag one. With no toxicity and the full power of Water Hag, WOW!! And if I use philly petri, whatever it is the blue one, stuff goes flying pieces of enemies rain down like falling coconuts. Oh I have Ard upgrades on the armor and sign intensity on the swords, much more powerful than anything that shyster runewright can furnish. Entanglement?? Nope not needed and three Ard upgrades on the armor is much more powerful to make raining space debris. Archers I just sprint to them first, it is not wise to be an archer in my game. Grin!!

Just tried it and Ray tracing on ps5 is finally playable! Input lag is significantly improved and I think it's VERY close to 30 FPS finally!

I have this very strange but alarming bug, when im playing this extremly loud noise starts, it usually comes when I’m on skellige but also in other areas. So I have to turn off my series x as it’s just so annoying and alarming haha

I just updated it on my ps4 and the manual save bug happen again and this time you cant even overwrite your save anymore if you do it will auto delete your other manual saves and even if you delete your new save the old ones wont even comeback like last time WTF CDPR ?!😡
