What a pretty machine. My FAVORITE part is the thread stands. My friend's husband made me a thread stand in his garage years ago. I use it all the time.

Thank you! You posted just when I needed it. I’m putting my Q’nique 21X Elite on the frame. I have the frame together but I see I put the channel lock on wrong. So glad I watched this!

Enjoyed watching you put this together even though I will never have this machine. You reminded me so much of myself when you figured out how to assemble the machine to the wheel base with out waiting for help. Yes, reading the instructions first does help. I often worked on our chemistry machines when I worked in the lab, with the tech on the phone telling me what to do to repair it, so we wouldn't be down. Grace certainly did do a great job of tagging everything for ease of assembly, wish other companies would do the same.

Isn’t it amazing how much easier a task could be if we’d just peek at the instructions first? …… it’ll be interesting to see what new improvements you find with the upgrade. Fun times ahead!

I think the encoders work with the stitch regulator too :) everyone needs them, computer or free motion

Becky; thank you so much for the unboxing and installing demonstration. I am in the beginning stages and have debated about doing it myself or having my local dealer set up the frame and the machine. Also, may I ask what kind of Windows tablet would you recommend? Any other suggestions on must have supplies? I’m all in!

Where did you get the power pack holder that attaches to the back of the carriage? I have that frame but no automation but that phaser pack would be so awesome! I just ordered the 21xelite and would love to set it up just like yours with that power pack.

Becky, for the approximately 10, 000 does this include the big metal frame and sewing machine? I have been mulling over buying a long arm machine, this might be “more” than I need. What I would want to be able to do is quilt for others as a service to help pay for the investment. I haven’t even looked in to how many people are offering this service locally. The quilt shop in my small town that offered the service closed in 2019, she might still be doing the long arm service. Anyway your instructions on putting it together were great!
