Very useful video! I spent ages looking at a potential slavonian grebe today, trying to make sure it wasn't a weird winter great crested grebe, which I think it can be more similar to than the black necked grebe if on its own with no size comparison. But decided it was slavonian based on the fact that the eye was not separate to the cap and the beak was smaller rather than long and obvious.
