Bing maps does not line up when I turn it on in my version. I am in VA83-NF State Plane, Northern zone. Any ideas why it wouldn't line up? Thanks

Dear Sirs,
Some times the internet connection may not be available. Once you have the internet connection and browse the bing map, is there a possibility to export the arial imagery and use it offline, Please?
