It's highly unusual for me to publish a video of the same yacht twice on the Yachts For Sale YoUTube channel, but when this gorgeous Majesty 125 came on the market I just could not resist.

The original video, published 3 years ago, played a big part in the sale of the vessel and so the brokers asked me to produce another one at the Monaco Yacht Show where she was on display.

I was impressed by both the amazing condition of the yacht and also the depth of knowledge of the brokers, James Nason and Mathew Martin of Fraser Yachts. Most of all though I was impressed by the way that the owner and his crew had invested time, energy, and funds into maintaining ALTAVITA to such a very high standard.

At least with Altavita you can't get lost like you could in a huge super yacht like Kismet. Smaller boat, she well package with everything you need. The owners really looked after their original investment. She like brand-new slightly secondhand with all the upgrades warranties ect. She make her third owner a happy owner.

When i see the creativity and technical "Gimmicks" today, it is a total new and better Time for Yacht Enthusiasts.

I'm curious as to the average ownership of a luxury yacht. Occasionally you'll hear about one that's 10+ years old with only one owner, and then there's one like this that's selling after three years. Was there something lacking? Did they buy a bigger boat? Do they want to stop owning a boat? From an outsider's POV, selling a yacht after just a few years seems weird; much like selling a house after the same time.
