oh man imagine doing a Saw in Half on Enduring Tenacity. You kill it, comes back as an enchantment, and you still get the tokens.

Fun fact about the impending and glimmer mechanics: Bello does *not* care bc Hauntwoods has 4+ cmc and itd be pretty safe to assume the red impending and/or the red or green glimmers might as well

Nowhere to Run seems like a solid removal, on top of a persisting passive effect - let's it punch through Heroic Intervention type effects

Love all the enduring creatures all can be super helpful and draw good value depending on your strategy the green and blue one are so easy to slot

Fear of missing out and Aurelia the war leader can give you 3 combat phases

All of these impending creatures paired with counter removers seem pretty strong to me. Goldberry from the lotr set comes to mind but there are many more

I'm hoping that "Impending" will get some good support and more cards that can remove counters and maybe "removal" where you can give opponents creatures Impending X as good commander hate

I think overlord of the hauntwoods is gonna be sweet in a domain style ramp deck in standard, it plays very similarly to topiary stomper, where at 3 mana you get some ramp and a threat later in the game, seems sweet!
