Demo House Tour with Sealed Creepy Room Used For?. I spent most of the day inspection this 2.6 Million Dollar home. I walk you around the yard & all 2 levels of the house built 1965 & around 2800 sf. They put that block on the left of the garage door because the gas meter has to be so many inches from an opening, or door to the house. FYI

That’s a very strange house. Maybe that’s why the buyer got it for 200, 000 less. I think I agree with Danny Manske, it could have been a grow operation. Like you said they drive into the garage and bring in supplies or take out things and no one would know. The door’s sealed that way so no smells would come into the house. 🤫🤫🤫

Table you first picked might be better to use in your storage yard for scrapping instead of those smaller ones. I'm sure you scrapped one of those inclinator chairs before, the rail at least. Nice house and grounds but definitely strange room, hmmm 👀😯.👍

Shame about that house, love those mid centuries. Crazy that people are buying those for millions and knocking them down. Many people would be happy to have that house in the state it's in. It will be tough for young people to ever pay off their homes in their life time in Vancouver !
