Yo yo brothers and sisters. Check out this delicious monkfish skewers recipe marinated in my home-made jerk style rub. I'm using monkfish because I love the texture, but you can use any fish you like. Packed with flavour, but a quick and easy dish. What would you pay? Let me know people.

Wow, that marinate really puts these in another league! I need to try this asap! Also what was the ingrediant the Busker used where he said we could use brown sugar as a substitute. I did't really understand that...

2, 5 even on the street would be quite cheap. I'd do 4 or 5 pounds a skewer!

Also this episode was so funny. From the lime throwing, talking to pictures and to the last bit xD Loved it!

I'd've done ya about £3.50 per skewer. I really wanted to hit Blackheath myself and sample stuff - it's just down the road from me - but circumstances kicked me around a bit that weekend. Looked an awesome festival though! When did you say you were getting a book out? :-D
