Java 16 & 17. What's new and noteworthy? (Piotr Przybyl)

Hey, there were two major Java versions released last year! We don’t have to wait 3 years or so for new features any more. Isn’t that cool? 😉 So… you’d like to check what has happened in latest Java version? Record types? Switch expressions? Pattern matching? No more NPE?

Just one thing : When someone from the audience asks a question, you should probably repeat that question before answering, so that everyone can hear it - people from the audience first (if they're on the other side of the room, they may not have heard the question), and then people who watch the video on youtube.
