i mostly play gorilla tag so i usually have the headstrap tight on my head but when i tighten it my eyes touch the lenses and everything becomes blurry

That’s cool but me personally the back strap isn’t a problem for me and honestly I like putting my oculus in my box it came with so it’s easy traveling with it.

Bobo vr head strap is so much better with the battery pack that provides 12 hrs of gameplay

It's the Kiwi head strap and it's like 39 bucks on amazon rn🎉

The adjustable knob got loose so it won't stay on when tightened

I think part of the uncomfort also contributes to the face cover. You can get a much more comfortable one.
