I like this but the only problem I see is that gutter cleaning, window cleaning etc are lower ticket (per hour) items vs a house wash or roof cleaning. So say I’m getting $450 for a one hour house wash and the customer also wants a window cleaning and gutter cleaning. Well that $450 one hour ticket is now $800 but now the job takes us 4-5 total hours maybe more. Again I like your idea but I think there’s an argument to stick to one service as the primary one that you push and only do the others as requested. Then, with that “extra time”, the goal would be to get more customers for your primary service (probably house washing). Like, why don’t plumbers consider adding gutter cleaning and window cleaning? Just because house washing is hypothetically closely related to gutter/window cleaning doesn’t mean it makes financial or strategic sense to offer it? Why not also offer carpet cleaning while you’re there? Why not detail their car? I think u see my point. Thoughts on this?
