May be the most profound and enlightening scene for me in all of X-Files. "We give them Happiness, They give us authority". . .Damn!

I like how seeing Deep Throat's face momentarily shakes him to the core. Deep Throat must have been one of the few people he truly liked and respected and possibly one of the few things he feels some remorse about.
