Hi, I am your host Siddhartha! I have been an entrepreneur from 2012-2017 building two products AddoDoc and Babygogo. After selling my company to SHEROES, I and my partner Nansi decided to start up again. But we felt unequipped in our skillset in 2018 to build a large company. We had known 0-1 journeys from our startups but lacked the experience of building 1-10 journeys.

Hence was born The Neon Show (Earlier 100x Entrepreneur) to learn from founders and investors, the mindset to scale yourself and your company. This quest still keeps us excited even after 5 years and doing 200+ episodes.

We welcome you to our journey to understand what goes behind building a super successful company. Every episode is done with a very selfish motive, that I and Nansi should come out as a better entrepreneur and professional after absorbing the learnings.

Bad office infra.
The only reason people staying is becuase of job security. THAT IS MORE IMPORTANT.

But after this job a person become handless labor after Making Tajmahal.

In tata group, yearly increment is not automatic like psu. Some get frustrated and leave the job. If boss likes you, you may get double increment, get hefty bonus.

He should have worked at least 1 days at TCS before making such statements. 😂

Tata or for that matter parsi community was quite poor before the british came to india. The british used the parsis as drug smugglers ( opium wars). Fictionally also read " sea of poppies" amitav ghosh. Besides parsis another major opium dealer family was birlas.

There can't be any better than Tatas. Yet everything is not as rosy, particularly when heard of Niira Radia and Mistry.

Indeed. This is one reason I buy as much as possible TATA products. Two things they are Industrialists not business people. Second charity what this company does phenomenal. They are not
Tobacco, Liquor business which shows how much they care

I have heard of one case against Tata in 1980s. Tata company closed fisheries as it was not profitable.
The procedure to be followed was not followed. Labour demonstration near magistrate office .
Some people were transferred to other units, labour union leaders suspended later terminated. Some went to court. But they lost the case against mighty Tata

I like the video because of the comments section. It gives fair opportunity to express the truth.
