Roccat Horde AIMO 'Membranical' board - best membrane board ever?

We spoke to Roccat's Tom Loske about their upcoming Horde AIMO - they say its the best membrane board ever made. Its due for release in the coming weeks. Is there life in the old membrane board yet? Would you EVER consider a new membrane board ?

7.1 surround headsets are generally not good. Ive never had one that didnt sound more hollow and lower quality than a good stereo pair

Seems high price for a membrane keyboard. Any one looking to buy a membrane keyboard most likely wants to spend less than 40$ and doesn't want outemu switches.
