Crunchy Rainbow Coleslaw with Jamie Oliver | Cook With Amber

What?! I cooked with Jamie Oliver! I still can't believe it. We had a blast making crunchy, tasty, colorful slaw 2 ways - creamy, and German-style! It's a great recipe to go with meats or fish, or even in a sandwich. Look out for Jamie's impersonation of Scooby Doo...it's priceless :D

well Amber... young lady you are going places. keep up the good work and doing things you love. +JamieOliver is one of a very few chefs of his time that did "Clean Eating". I have watched him since he first started cooking shows. it is where my love of the kitchen started. one other is Julia Child's who has long passed away. her techniques and teaching is wonderful but, add that to Jamie and the chefs now that are out and you have something that is going to be amazing. I do hope Food Network puts you on their show and even Cooking Channel for here in the US. and, maybe you will get the chance to bring all your chefs from London back to the US to cook with you. :)
