Marriage rates have been declining since the 1960s, with more young adults potentially never marrying.

Women are prioritizing their own happiness and well-being, and are no longer willing to compromise their values or needs for a partner.

However, many women are unwilling to compromise their ambitions or settle for less-than-ideal partnerships. This contrasts sharply with past generations that often felt societal pressure to marry younger and prioritize family.

As a first generation American...I will never understand the push for loneliness and isolationism in America. In my culture (Mexican) family is everything. Everything we do revolves around family. It's just how we are. Americans often question why things are so bad, but they never tie their way of life to problems.
