I heard the first shots and immediately had to pause the video because I made the connection with the title. I'll never forget waking up to the news about the shooting. I cried in the bathroom all morning. Our community lost so many wonderful souls that night.

When I heard the first shot, I thought "Oh f***, THAT Pulse", suddenly understanding the title and I was instantly freezing and having goose bumps, because it hit me so hard. I'm crying for all the people who lost their lifes, their loved ones and their joy that horrible night.

Living in Florida and driving past Pusle when I go to downtown Orlando is one of the most moving things I’ve seen in my life. Especially after I came out. I remember the newscasts and realizing this is only a few hours away from me. I had to pause this once I saw the tickets to cry.

I’m not American and didn’t get it at first. Then I did. And now I’m crying. I hate how the world is like this. I hate how people aren’t free to even love. It’s so wrong and it makes every part of my want to scream. But I’m only a child. And I can’t do anything as of yet except to keep spreading the message that love is love and that can’t change. watching this made me cry, nothing can change the way we feel, and who we love, love is love and we all have the right to love who we want to love, may the soul of our lost ones rest in peace and if there is another life we will still share the love that we shared in this life.

I'm extremely religious and I even I don't agree with this. Mindlessly killing over this isn't worth your life, the guilt over killing innocent lives in the crossfire, and being haunted by the people who's lives you've robbed. You cause more pain and suffering long term by taking away people who are loved not just by their significant others but by their friends and family as well. The big man upstairs gave us the capacity to love one another. Yes, the Bible says homosexuality is immoral, but the Bible has also been translated numerous times and it's been proven that many civilizations have had a hand in removing content from the book and adding their own. We may never known the truth about what God intended, but I'd like to believe that if he gave us the capacity to love one another, why then is it wrong to love someone of the same gender? There isn't any greater joy on this Earth than being hopelessly and maddeningly in love with someone who feels the same about you. I'm a firm believer in John 15:12-25. Regardless of what any other passage says, if you'd dare to take away someone over something so stupid, you are just guilty of any other person who sins. People shouldn't have been killed that day over being gay, that's wrong and inhuman.

I have been putting off watching this movie but the starting music got me hooked.A beautifully made movie.The acting was apt and though there aren't many actors or dialogues, the makers managed to bring out the emotions accurately.Marvelous storytelling.Kudos.May Peace be with the families friends and paramours of the victims of the shootings at Orlando.

Wow, just watched this film. Frankly as an Aussie didn't make the connection of the film title to the nightclub until the first gun shot. What a beautiful, visceral, wrenching way to honour the victims of the Pulse hate crime massacre while powerfully pulling the viewer into the sheer horror & ongoing pain of the survivors & loved ones of the victims. Excellent short film.

She was offering her an entire life and future together. In about a second it was all taken away.

Might I add, this was genuinely shocking and terrifying at some points. E.g. The shooting and the flashbacks.

And I had no idea this was based on a true story.
