Just got mine from Wal-Mart and when I opened up the box the nuts and bolts fell out the box. Everything was loose except for the temp gauge. So happy i caught all the nuts that came loose and saw some stuck around in the box. They dont tighten them during assembly?

I just bought a PB200P model, but it is too hot on low setting. Is there anyway that I can adjust it?

I'm curious how you cook with this thing. I bought one last fall and while it looks great it will not hold temperature, climbs constant to max the gauge, and fries anything in cooking in it. So far the only think it does decent on is chicken, anything beef that has fat will result in an uncontrollable fireball no matter much you clean it. Definitely a disappointment so far.
