Now this is going to be a good horror flick. There hasnt been good ones out scince the ring and the grudge. But this one is going to be right up there. If the trailer is scary thats a good sign the films not going to suck balls. Cant wait to see this one.

How does this have 98% on Rotten Tomatoes? The free dinosaur soundclips they used killed the immersion, the metaphor of mental illness was overly forceful, and the last 1/3 of the movie devolved into basic, traditional horror minus the cliche violence.

The first 1/3 of the movie does a fantastic job of setting up a creepy atmosphere and it gets you scared of what may come next, but then the movie just drops the ball. It's not an awful movie but it comes nowhere close to living up to the hype.
