We’ve been invited to shop with a friend today in her hometown of Auburn, Washington, where "Antique Marketplace" has become a standout venue for vintage that I’ve never visited before! Right from the first aisle, we realize this large mall is packed with quality collectibles and unique treasures, making it an exciting place to explore.

Big vintage Christmas displays, a striking Italian art glass figure, a Victorian maritime print by Maxfield Parrish’s father, and cases brimming with vintage coats, boudoir items, art glass, and antique dolls grab our attention immediately—and we’ve only just begun! This mall offers a range of specialties, from MCM decor and toys to an impressive double space filled with sewing collectibles and implements we haven’t come across in ages. A dealer showcases stylish Victorian small furniture alongside a cool MCM cigar sculpture, adding even more variety to the experience.

We’re on the hunt for valuable finds for both our collectors and personal collections, and there are great deals to uncover! A boxed set of King’s Crown snack trays, a 1920s Fenton orange console bowl, an Italian spangle glass bowl, and other standout pieces make their way to the counter. Along the way, we check out everything from pocket knives to war confiscation items, gather insights for a furniture appraisal, and enjoy discovering so many fascinating pieces in this remarkable location. This new find is one I’m sure to return to again and again!
