Guys.. that's not malabari biriyani. I understand it might be changed to suit delhi people but we use kaima rice which is small and fragrant rice to make and you should try it from Paragon restaurant, calicut.

Dada boudi is actually a different kind of Biryani called Barrackpore biryani, it's a derivative toh Kolkata Biryani, but it is spicier and a little more oily

Also there is this biryani place in Bangalore, Mallika's Biryani...had once tried their mutton biryani. The biryani was made from samba rice, similar to Dindigul....not sure what is the biryani type....but do give it a shot
