Blessing to of all "you-lot" Bermudian slang for the word "you". I just started my studies in this area a few months. So, I praise the Most High God for leading me to this group, I came on here to let you-lot that around 1981. My mom, brother, and I went to Bermuda to live with my family for a while. It blew me away when one of the school trips that we that was taken at the time, was to the cave called" The Crystal Caves" and there I saw the most horrible sight that I wished that I have could forget sometimes. I saw chains hanging from the walls that held our people and even today being in my 50s, I can still see the chains moving with the swinging with the walls today. To tell you let know Bermuda was established because too many of our people jumped ship and swam to the island, where they hid in the woods. So after a while, the boats stopped going there and Bermuda became a country under England's rule.
