These shoes are defeated by a single flight of stairs 😂

1 - They feel super heavy - Instead of using them for travel as initially intended I use them for exercise
2 - Their battery power is short - two laps on my local track which isn't even a mile; the carrying bag is an awkward shape like a bowling ball bag and not good for traveling with; they take hours and hours to recharge
3 - They are super loud; both in gears and the clonk clonk clonk of their bulk striking the ground
4 - There are three speeds and each change comes in suddenly and drastically so can create goofy and embarrassing moments
5 - Turning them off is an angled flick movement which can be triggered accidentally

for those wondering why it takes more energy to walk really slowly: you spend more time balancing on each leg and your core takes more time balancing you than when you're walking at faster speeds, so you spend a lot of energy doing it
