How can that catheter or thing can go exactly to the target vessel and not in other direction or vessel because circulatory system is very complex .

We will insert a Sheath through the groin (Femoral Artery) under Fluroscopy(X ray) guidance we will advance catheter(hollow tube) up to the carotid Artery( Artery in your Neck). Then will inject contrast media (fluid can see under x ray) this will help us to find where is the block and can advance the catheter in the specific area. Then will try to aspirate (suck) by either a machine or a manual aspiration by syringes.
