Chemex vs V-60 Pour Over. Which is better? Which is easier to brew? What are the pros & cons for both?

Loved this comparison, i would prefer v60, because of its simplicity and hassle free experience over chemex, i think chemex is like a wild beast harder to tame and also chemex cone lacks ridges which might lead to drawdown problems, but nevertheless chemex tastes great if done right and has been an icon way before other pourovers.

yeah, paper filter for chemex is wrong.... Metal of cloth filter for chemex, better extraction.
