Very true indeed ! I know someone who's turning 61 this year ( summer 2022 ) and young people thinks that she's only 40 years old . Younger men still are after her . Amazing 🤔 !!!

Balance is the secret of getting old gracefully. We can be very health conscious of food intake, gym and exercise regularly. But if we have wickedness inside of us, unforgiving, slander, malice, etc. Can cause cancer, diseases etc al. There is healing inside the body when you release forgiveness. Does help keep you healthier, and feel better, and helps to prevent and heal better from different diseases. I know, I am one, plus have family and friends whom have survived and doing much better since changing to a healthier way of eating. And some of the foods are fantastic. I recommend looking for these meals. You will love it.

Dates, Figs, Carrots, Apricots these can be eaten as dried fruit. Red wine has Resveritrol in it its maybe the best to take only one glass a day. Red grapes too.
