Pascal Stevenson (she/her) returns to Perfect Circuit to show us some of her newest creative endeavors as Fashion Club, performing several songs from her newest album "Scrutiny".

"Scrutiny, the debut album from Moaning's Pascal Stevenson under her new solo alias Fashion Club, explores the mind's complex relationship to morality, and the way structures of power tend to replicate themselves through unexamined habits. Recently, Fashion Club has played shows supporting Ed Schrader’s Music Beat & Deradoorian, and completed a SXSW run as a member of Girlpool. This Fall she will be embarking on tour with like minded pop experimenter Shamir for a run of West Coast dates after celebrating Scrutiny’s release at 2220 Arts + Archives in her hometown of Los Angeles on July 30th.

Well I love the dark grungy sound he is creating with the instruments, all bs aside, it's kinda reminds me of Bauhaus. The off pitch vocals thing isn't for me but hey maby it's a thing? Regardless, thank you for being so forward thinking a reflecting the real world we live in.
