I really feel that this song was really written for Dara. I think he wrote this in 2014, and I remember on Dara's guesting in Happy Together last 2016 that she's been single for 2 years. That means she broke up with her boyfriend in 2014. That's when Ji wrote the song hehe just my thought.

i think they broke up 2014, you can see Dara in YG family concerts 2014 that she's avoiding GD and also GD' first love is Dara and all the songs he wrote about a girl is only for her. And for my opinion those japanese girls that were linked to GD was his way to move on from Dara, its like a rebound. But I think they are together again, maybe.
