Correct me if I am wrong but, this might be the hardest wwapon to make. Too many parameters, too many details...

That is by far one of the most difficult blades I’ve seen forged on this show

I want to point out that through the power of editing, they said the strength test "is - not about how your blades hold up through the punishment"

And this is why full-length serrated swords were a bad idea. Serrations really don't like being bashed into anything. Losing edge on those tips is almost unavoidable.

That strength test was brutal for serrated edges. All in all that contest was as close as it can ever get.

Holy smokes, that sword is very nice but as the smiths said, complicated but not impossible to build. Awesome design!!
