I don't love the new direction of lor champ design :/ it's kinda just been "Lv 1 grant ally/enemy effect"

Vex's whole thing is being anti fun, so gloom makes sense for her, but idk it feels like a slight flavor miss, especially her package

what if lvl 2 effect was something like "when an enemy afflicted by gloom dies, grant its gloom stacks to the weakest enemy" like a pyke kind of effect but that you need to build up in order for it to work. i just feel this is nocturne v2

Really neat. Gloom seems good for fearsome aggro or trimming the board down for board control strats. Shame the lux doesnt seem to be a real champ card 😔
