Did anyone else besides me notice how slightly different Heffer and Filburt were colored in the fourth and final season? I know Rough Draft Studios in Korea took over animating the series by this point (previously done by Sunwoo Entertainment), which explains why Heffer is a more brighter yellow and Filburt's skin is a darker blue. Regardless, Rough Draft did a great job on these later episodes (and I heard they animated "Static Cling" as well.)

I loved this episode. I loved how Mrs. Bighead actually tought Rocko was a stray. She's just so full of love. Especially her feelings for Rocko. She was my favorite character on the show.
