I used to live in the city. Whenever I needed to park somewhere for an extended period of time, I used to park the car and move the driver's seat to the absolute most forward position possible, making it impossible for anybody to sit in the seat, let alone drive the car. Then I remove the power seat relay which was located in the trunk floor near the factory battery.(it was a Mercedes sedan) I either brought the relay with me or placed it in a hidden location in the car.(usually under a bunch of window cleaners and towels in the trunk) Edit: it is still possible to get into the seat and drive, if the drive is the size of a chimpanzee or a 3-year-old.(at least in my car)

Carlock looks pretty cool. I have LoJack, but it doesn't alert you to vehicle motion. However, I will say that Orange County sent me a toll road ticket that was dismissed when I proved through my LoJack history that my car was in Los Angeles County at the time of their fake infraction. In fact, my Hellcat has never been to Orange County!
