In the videos Luke has done, the chords are actually Em7, Cadd9, G, and D sus 4, using his pointer finger on the second fret of the E. Capo on the 5th

This makes it even easier to play.

try playing pattern Em-DDU C-DDUDDU G-DDU D-DDUDDU for the beginning it seems to work for me. also works for chorus you just need to change cords
