AI War II is a grand strategy/RTS hybrid against an overwhelming, inhuman enemy who has conquered the galaxy. The enemy has made only a single error: underestimating you. You must steal as much technology as you can, and take enough territory to fortify your bases and launch your attacks.

You have to salvage the metal.
In AI War: Fleet Command this is a bit more obvious. Try the first game if you're having trouble with the second game :)

You destroy way too many AI Planets. You should keep that AIP below 50 in the beginning of the game. Later when you get powerful, you can allow yourself up to 100. In the end game, you will near 200 and it's really intense.
80 is way too high, as you can see with your fast loss.
