hey noodle, i know what is the rarity of oblivion, even the aura, rarity of oblivion is 3, 350, 000, 000 (3, 350 billion), but the chance on a potion is 2, 000 (2k) and for the aura, it looks like an Sovereign but it have dark chair, wings behind the chair, and a very big spinning balls on the top (it is 2 times more bigger than monarch aura and sovereign aura)

if the oblivion aura is a 1 / 2000 from an oblivion potion,
we can assume the auras rarity by using the chance from the potion, and by multiplying it by how much luck the oblivion potion gives. (in this case, 35 million)
35, 000, 000 x 2, 000 = 70, 000, 000, 000 or 70 billion
