If you're building a very high nether farm/structure, you can use sweet berries incase you fall off, they would def be annoying as hell but they would remove all of your anxiety and worries. Just make sure you don't fall with half a heart.

And that's a really useful thing.. I'll use the slime and ender pearl idea despite having feather falling

I suggest using fire ressistence and mlg with lava bucket
