Hey before you protest and asking for excessive pay hike, many people are still out of job. If your not happy with your job, just leave. Many people who are unemployed are happy to take your place.

A lot of negative comments towards the bank employees but one should understand that the issue here is that management, esp. the top management get excessive pay and bonuses even if they don't perform well .
We do have to fight against this rubbish .
Also they don't give a chance for others to climb the ladder and only favor their relatives and cronies . and their children .
This is already causing a widening gap in wages between the upper echelon and the ordinary workers and there will be a lot of discontent .
Pushed down too far and there will be a revolution or people would be forced to entertain the idea of a socialist state which is never good .

All these banks workers should be very grateful to their employers for taking care of their welfares esp during covid times when hundreds lost their jobs instead of protesting when they dont get additional benefits. What's their losses ????

😮🙏 If better, healthier & happier working environment being provided, more upgrade of skills to deserving employees, fairer salary increment for all employees, fairer meritocracy based job performance auditing rather than the cold & unfair KPI evaluations to all employees' performances, then the higher but deserving salary & bonuses to their respective CEOs should be respected! These working environment problems affected almost all departments in all corporations & companies nowadays, whether they are in the public or private sectors, in around the world! 🙏🕯🌏✌💜🕊
