CyberFIT hosted webinar on “ Women in Cybersecurity Leadership: Secure the future” as part of its Global Cyber Series. It was great to hear from top-notch industry leaders from diverse verticals within cyberspace sharing their success stories, growth journey, strategy for strengthening security, emerging threats in today’s world and much more.
With rising cyber-attacks, there is continuous demand for reassessing and redefining Information security programs. Women leaders have revolutionized cybersecurity space with strong leadership, governance, technology skillsets and building awareness.

1. Shivani Sharma, Founder at KLEAP Technologies Pvt Ltd, a cybersecurity startup, is an ISO 27001 Lead auditor having in-depth knowledge of IT regulatory compliance. She has won numerous national and international awards in field of cybersecurity and leadership. She is accomplished in developing, implementing, and managing privacy and data protection security projects. She provides expertise around IT Consulting, ISO Audits, Risk Management, IT Assessment, Security Testing, CyberSecurity, BCP Planning and Management and Support Services.
2. Meetali Sharma is the Head of Risk, compliance, and information security at SDG Corporation. A technology leader with over 2 decades of experience, she has driven multiple initiatives on risk mgmt., data security, cloud security, incident mgmt. and so on. She is member of advisory board for ECIH (Incident handler) and has been closely associated with ISACA.
3. Niharika Srivastav is the author of the book, “Security and Compliance for Project and Delivery Leaders”. She pursued her education at the Delhi College of Engineering, an MBA from the Delhi School of Economics, and an Executive Leadership Program from Stanford.
