Good afternoon. I wanted to leave this comment to thank you for all the videos, tips and answers that helped me a lot during the process to become a Professional Engineer licensed. Three weeks ago I took the second attemp on the PE exam and passed it. From now on, the NY state board of Engineers (The state I am applying) will be notified by NCEES in 8 to 12 weeks of my passing grade and other 4 weeks to obtain the License. From the date I started this process, throughout the FE exam, approval of studies and experience, until passing the PE exam, it has been a little bit longer than 2 years. As you said, if one has a full time job, six months with a constant dedication to study are fair enough to be prepared for the PE exam.

Thank you Sir.

Good morning. Thank you for the valuable information and videos provided to understand all this complex process. I recently passed the FE exam and I am going to proceed with taking the PE exam. There are several options for the PE exam. I am Electrical Engineer and I suppose that I would choose one PE exam that is related with my skills. The thing is that the options are different. For example:

PE Electrical and computer: Computer engineering
PE Electrical and computer: electronics, control and communication
PE Electrical and computer: Power.

Which of the above options should I choose?
Does this matter when stamping electrical and/or structural plans?

Many thanks

Is it okay if my undergraduate degree is not ABET credited and it’s a foreign university but my Masters degree is a US university and ABET credited. I am applying for PE civil license in California. Could you please guide me through this process? I passed the PE exam last month.
